Growth and Calcif.: Growth of nodule with another ultrasound is needed, Thyroid affects all organs. Note any dry skin, weakness, wgt gain or loss, muscle discomfort, heart rate changes and many more are some symptoms.

Nothing specific: Hi. Signs (something you and the physician can observe; vs. symptoms, which are something you report) seldom accompany thyroid disease these days. In Graves' disease, we may see characteristic eye findings, sometimes goiter, sometimes skin/hair changes, cardiovascular things, others. In hypothyroidism, goiter may be seen, skin/hair changes, etc. Symptoms are not specific, but signs can be more so
