Could you tell me what are the symptoms of stomach cancer?

Often none till late: stages if disease which is why it is so lethal. but symptoms one *could* have - abdominal pain, bloating, early satiety, weight loss, anorexia (no appetite), bleeding/ anemia.

Vague and subtle: Early fullness with meals (satiety), heartburn, sometimes difficulty swallowing if tumor is at top of stomach, black or dark stools, vague sense of enlargement or fullness just below breastbone, fatigue, decreased energy, muscle wasting or weakness, loss of taste for meat, craving ice, lack of interest in food, nausea, "indigestion." These are all vague, caused by many things, which means dx late
