Migraine & pregnancy: About 60-70% of active migraine patients improve during pregnancy. The incidence of migraine often worsens in the first trimester but improves during the second and third trimesters of pregnancy when the level of estrogen increases. However, some women may experience their first migraine during pregnancy. Talk to your doctor for evaluation and management.
