How do you : Know its not athletes foot? Dry skin, eczema are also common conditions to the feet that resemble athletes foot....what medications have you tried?

I have small holes surrounded by white skin on soles of feet, only noticeable after they are wet. When dry they are barely visible. No odor is present. The closest condition I can find that is similar is pitted keratosis, but it doesn't look the same?
