Yes: if you are allergic to the particular nuts used in the beer. Very minuscule amounts of nuts can cause severe and even fatal reactions in people who are very allergic. A patient of mine who was allergic to peanuts suffered fatal anaphylaxis after eating chili that was thickened with peanut butter. If you are that allergic, don't take any chances, and carry and dpi-pen with you.
