Can nearsightedness give you headaches even if it's only slight? any help appreciated!

Not likely: Nearsightedness causes some degree of distance blur depending upon the amount of myopia. Headaches from eyeglass needs are common in the farsighted. If you are having persistent headaches, then another cause is likely. If these are persistent, see your regular doctor.
