Maybe: Hi. What's the adrenalectomy being done for? If it's a pheochromocytoma, it would be risky; maybe if you're in a large academic center with excellent endocrinology, anesthesiology, and lap. adrenal surgery, it could be possible. For adrenal adenoma or carcinoma, it should be possible.
