Better known by its street name angel dust, it is a dissociative drug causing hallucinations and neurotoxic effects. It can be snorted, or smoked after lacing or dipping cigarettes in a liquid form. Its effects are dose related ranging from euphoria to paranoia, hallucinations and violent behavior.
