Yes: Depending on the anti-nausea medication, it can cause more sedation, constipation, and dry mouth. Zofran (ondansetron) (odanestron) doesn't but it can be expensive. Nausea from Percocet may resolve after a few weeks if you are taking it that long. Cut your dose as soon as you can to minimize side effects.
