Yes: It is not uncommon for patients with scoliosis to have an "uneven" pelvis, otherwise known as pelvic obliquity. Pelvic obliquity can definitely no tribute to hip pain through a number of mechanisms. Don't hesitate to see a specialist to discuss further.
