After being on saphris (asenapine) for 2 months at my dose now at 15 mgs, experiencing relief, only downside is extreme sleepiness, will this go away?

It can...: Saphris (asenapine) is well known to cause somnolence. Some patients do get used to the sleepiness. One strategy may be to alter the time of day the medication is taken or taking smaller doses over the course of the day. You should review your options with the doctor that prescribed the medication for you.
