No: Light headedness is not a symptom of middle or inner ear disease. Vertigo (spinning) is. Light headedness is multifaceted and can be the result of blood pressure problems or metabolic diseases. The left ear blockage is independent and may be due to wax, middle ear fluid. You can not unblock an ear without a diagnosis. Strongly urge you to see an ENT doctor to give a correct diagnosis.
