Psychogenic symptom: refers to symptom that arises from psychological causes. It is not elicited by noxious stimuli or an abnormality within the neural or other body system. A physiologic cause for the symptom cannot be determined. Psychogenic symptom may be felt in many areas that change location during the episode. An anatomic relationship between the symptom source and the site of symptom is absent.

New one on me: Never heard of this before. If teeth are mobile it may indicate bone loss. See a gum/bone specialist, a Periodontist. Take yogurt with you. Have Periodontist check you for mobility, then eat the yogurt, then have Periodontist reexamine you for mobility.
