Agree w Dr. David: Heat can be helpful. NSAID’s, OTC meds containing diuretics, warm bath, heating pad, exercise & acupuncture are excellent for dysmenorrhea. Avoid caffeine, chocolate, alcohol & salt. Sipping Chamomile can dissipate pain.
