Not from that : Emergency birth-control is out of your system a few days after you take it. It would not have any long-term effects on the sore breasts or vaginal discharge. Consider starting birth Control to help with the breast pain and prevent pregnancy. Then schedule a visit to have your discharge evaluated for infection
