Most likely OK: As far as we know, babies born following inadvertent use of the Depo Provera (medroxyprogesterone) injection don't have a higher incidence of birth defects then the average population. There have been a few case reports of problems but so far these seem to be the exception rather than the rule. Most likely your baby will be completely normal.
