I've been prescribed ear drops for my ear. before taking them i was fine, after taking them it feels like i lost hearing in my left ear, is it normal?

Not normal: If you were fine before, what was the indication for the ear drops? It is most likely the ear drops have deposited on the ear drum. This will block some hearing. Have an ENT doctor observe the ear under a microscope in office and suction the ear drops off the drum and it is most likely your hearing will return to its previous state.
