No magic here: Ignore all the "pop" diet advice you read online. It's made up -- at best, the authors are sharing their personal impressions and at worst (which is common) they are pretending to specialist knowledge to make a fast buck off desperate people. Eat sensibly as your physician advises and your tastes dictate, and remain as physically active as you can.
