Pregnancy test: Conclusions can be made from a vague symptom such as breast tenderness. Since it has been two weeks you could just take a pregnancy test if you are tryting to determine if you are pregnant

Non-specific pain: The pain may be incidential (not related) to the embryo transfer or hormonal. If the pain is focal (one area) and continues or you feel a mass notify your doctor and they will most likely order a breast ultrasound. Follow-up with your doctor
