Possible Prostatitis: It may be due to prostatitis and though not that common in teenagers,but can occur at any age.Many times it gets better by itself, drink plenty fluids and if it persist than you should get it checked by your doctor or a urologist.You will need a digital rectal exam to feel the prostate and may need testing of urine&prostatic fluid.You may need a course of appropriate antibiotics

Can be normal: Semen actually irritates the inside of the urethra (the "tube" that goes from the bladder to the opening of the penis. There may be some minor irritation after the first time you pee after ejaculating. If there is pain at any other time, a visit to the doctor is in order.
