Maybe: Why do you think it is a bat bite? Did you see a bat? Why couldn't it be a rat bite? Or a cat bite? Are there a lot of bats where you live? Were you outside? Maybe it is not a bite at all. Does the area look like a wound? Is there surrounding redness and warmth? Without a photo or more explanation, really hard to say.
