Weight changes: Yes, you should be able to lose weight by lowering the dose of Lexapro and adding Wellbutrin (bupropion). You need to watch your diet and exercise though.

How long can you stay on Wellbutrin. It seems to work for me. I talk to a counselor weekly or every other week and my Doctor regularly. Gained weight on Lexapro-that was depressing. Really helps me?
