Cheek twitching.: Cheek twitching may rarely be due to fasciculation yet far more likely be caused by hemifacial spasm. Fasciculation is a sign of ALS yet very unlikely to be found on the cheek. Your risk of ALS without other symptoms is extremely low especially at your young age. Benign fasciculations are far more common.

Would evaluate: No, you do NOT have ALS, but might be experiencing facial myokymia, or hemifacial spasm. Get this checked out. See a neurologist.
