Birth control pills: There isn't much you can do at this point about your exposure over the past 10 days. You may have already conceived. Emergency Contraception (Ella (ulipristal acetate) or Plan B) is really only helpful within a few days after unprotected sex. In the future, I would recommend getting on birth control pills prior to having sex. Other options include: injections, implants, an IUD or condoms.
