Very sweet: If you are overweight or obese or at risk of diabetes. ..caution. everything deserves moderation. Try fruit smoothies or just fruit the water. All types of milks. 100% fruit juice or fruit is better than soda. Avoid artificial sweetners. Tea is ok is small portion. Homemade lemonade too. Remember be careful with your sugar intake.
