See your doctor NOW: Severe worsening headache w/neurologic symptoms - shaking hands and numbness could be a sign of danger. Don't delay - see your doctor. Or go to the ER. While this may also be benign, none of us would bet that way. You need a doctor looking at you today. If this turns out to be nothing, make sure it's nothing at the doc's office or ER. Don't just hope.
