Go to L&D: You need to go to L&D now in order to have this evaluated. It could be preterm labor, or it could be preterm contractions. Labor is threatening for fetus, contractions are typically harmless and just annoying for mom. Either way, go to L&D. Drink a lot of water on your way, in case the contractions are due to dehydration. You want to drink until your pee is clear (no yellow). Good luck
