Aznoit-D on scrotum: Antifungal component (isoconazole) shouldn't cause problems, but diflucortolone is potent corticosteroid which should B used VERY sparingly for short time only as may cause thin skin, testicular shrinking, et al. Groin fungus can be managed with antifungal, keeping area dry (change underwear when wet, use antifungal powder spray to help dry), washing briefs/swimwear w/ bleach to kill fungus.
