Hi is it safe to use bleaching creams with hydroquinone on penis and scrotum?

Not really: We do not bleach penises or scrota because penises and scrota are normally supposed to be darker skin areas, compared wto a guy's main skin color. Therefore, bleaching the normally darker areas would make them abnormally lightened. If a person thinks there is some sort of post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation that is making the darker skin abnormally extra dark, one's dermatologist can evaluate.
