Fertile ground: An answer from a Psych RN would be best - here's a link: http://allnurses.com/psychiatric-nursing/psych-rn-role-31089.html With $ pressure on the MDs, it sounds like much of what they once did is now possible for a trained Psych RN. Groups, 1:1 and family sessions = yes to your question. I think you'd need to search settings for each region. I'll bet it's growing. Best!
