The basics: Both males and females have breast tissue but the differentiation comes in how your genes interact with the hormones you produce. Whether you end up with watermelons or a raison on a pancake is determined by the interplay between these factors. There is usually at least some difference in the two, some more than others. Breast tissue with low sensitivity to hormones will grow less.
