Not enough info: Nasal congestion can be caused by allergies but also many other things. You don't say how old your child is or what medicine was tried. Some allergy medicines such as antihistamines don't help congestion much. Has the doctor looked in her nose? Consider asking your daughter's Dr. if an allergist might be able to help.
