Probably not: You would have to lose a LOT of blood through your nose for it to affect you blood pressure from the blood loss alone. You reaction to the nosebleed might cause your blood pressure to drop, this is why some people faint when they see blood. Most of the nose bleeds I have seen have been associated with high blood pressure, blood thinners or nasal allergies
