Hernia?: It sounds like an abdominal ventral hernia, a protrusion of intra abdominal fat, bowel, or occasionally other structures through a defect in the anterior abdominal wall. Sometimes the defect is related to a prior surgical incision and the hernia occurs at the incision site. See your medical provider. It can be corrected surgically.
