No : I suspect you may have stained dome muscles or ligaments . Give it some time snd things will get better . I don't know if you iced your ankle immediately after the marathon . For now you should consider rest , hot packs and use of anti inflammatory Meds for the next two weeks . If no improvement , then consider seeing sn Orthopefic doctor for X-rays to R/ O stress fx . Use a brace .
