Maybe: A brain tumor can cause a variety of symptoms including an off-balance feeling and dizziness. The symptoms one has are usually related to where the tumor is and what brain part or brain stem structure is affected. Yours may be affecting medulla or cerebellum. Some tumors inside the skull are outside the brain/brain stem. One, called Acoustic Neuroma, usually causes dizziness/off-balance sense.
