May be Inner Ear: Light-headedness, ear ringing and wind sound ("whooshing") in one ear can have a long list of causes from simple fluid around the inner ear after a head cold or fluid due to hole ear drum perf. These can resolve on their own. Or a balance organ disorder or unusual migraine aura. At the far end of the spectrum is Truly Bad Things. If not resolving in a few weeks, or worsening now, see your dr.
