I'm very lightheaded, my ears keep ringing and my left ear sounds like there is wind going through it. what could this be? i eat regularly.

May be Inner Ear: Light-headedness, ear ringing and wind sound ("whooshing") in one ear can have a long list of causes from simple fluid around the inner ear after a head cold or fluid due to hole ear drum perf.
