Maybe nothing: All of those temps you mentioned are all within your normal circadian rhythm. The body temp varies throughout the day most of us are 98.6 but at times tht may be 99 while other times maybe 98.3 its normal variations. I can not explain the sweating, normally you see sweating after a fever if you feel ill I would have physician check up

Desired Temp. ↓ed: Our central thermostat is in our brain, controls are complex & respond to many internal issues as part of brain homeostatic control of our body. Anytime central desired temp turns downward, then we feel hot, sweat, etc. in an effort to lower body temperature to the new desired temp. Your experience is not unusual, though reasons can be any of many & not always knowable.
