Proper oral hygeine: Cleaning and clearing your mouth properly is largely a matter of technique.Use only a very slight amount of toothpaste. It is very abrasive. Suds the top of the teeth first.Sweep to the back, sweep the bristles toward the tips move around to the front then otherside. Return on the inside. Then do the other arch the same way. Some say to floss your teeth next. Others like to brush in the shower.

The hidden secret: One of the best ways to get rid of bad breath is to just clean your tongue. There are grooves, fissures and ridges on your tongue that trap food and bacteria. Ask your dentist for a tongue scraper and proper technique. Halitosis is caused by poor dental health, poor dental hygiene, tooth decay and may be a sign of other health problems. See your dentist in any case.
