Be a brother: People like your brother may be neglected, and may be ridiculed. You can resolve to spend time with him and try to find out what makes him happy. If someone gives him a hard time, talk nicely and say, "He is my brother. He has trouble with things, but he is nice. I know you didn't mean to..." If that doesn't work, report this as you should. Generally, you're the best gift you can give.
