Other problems?: a slight underbite should not prevent you from speeking normally. There might be another reason for your speech problem. A speech pathologist can help diagnose the real issue.

See an Orthodontic Specialist for a qualified opinion. 2. Seek consultation with a Speech Pathologist who can work with the Orthodontist to improve your neuromuscular function.
