Highly contagious: The 'stomach flu' can be highly contagious - especially if it's confirmed as Norovirus. This is a very hardy (tough) virus that can persist in the environment, so even if his vomiting and diarrhea clear up, there could be contamination of the bathroom. I recommend BLEACH as well as hot wash everything. Usually the virus is quick, but I would wait at least a day after his COMPLETE recovery.
