Age and symptoms: prostate cancer while seen in males in their 40's is a more common disease with age such as 70 and older. While PSA doesn't spell yes or no, if a high level present and patient in 50's a biopsy should be performed and if positive, prognosis not good. If enlarged prostate in the 80 yr. old is bx as Ca prognosis is very good. Bx is final method for diagnosis.
