Call Poison Control: If you are really worried that you have taken too much tylenol (acetaminophen), (acetaminophen) you should call Poison Control: 1-800-222-1222. Overdose can occur after taking a smaller number of pills than you might think and taking large doses of tylenol (acetaminophen) over an extended period to time can also cause liver damage. Calling Poison Control can help you determine whether you need to be evaluated by an emergency physician.

Totally depends: There are many factors at play - timing, dosing, age, underlying illness, baseline health of your liver, other medications/drugs, the population ratios of cytochrome P450 isoenzymes in you (genetics). The bigger question is why are you asking? Did you make a mistake taking meds? Just curious? Do you want to hurt yourself or someone else? Follow the instructions on bottle. Liver failure is not fun.
