MENSTRUAL TENSION: PERIODS ARE ASSOCIATED WITH BUILD UP OF HORMONES, ESPECAILLY PROGESTERONE. THIS CAN CAUSE PELVIC CONGESTION SYNDROME WITH PELVIC PAIN, MIGRAINE AND MENTAL CHANGES. SOMETIMES DIURETICS HELP. THE BUILD UP USUALLY STARTS 3-4 DAYS PRE-MENS. ONE MALE GYN PHYSICIAN MOVED OUT OF HIS HOUSE DURING THE TIME OF HIS WIFE'S PERIOD. HE ADVISED THE TREATMENT OF A DIURETIC AND FIORACET FOR THE HEADCHES.
