No difference: Overall, there is no real difference. E-Cigarettes deliver the nicotine to the user in a very similar fashion as a regular cigarette (hand and mouth movement). It is not an easy addiction to deal with, ask your PCP about Zyban (bupropion) prescription for smoking cessation. Good luck and good thinking.

Risks: E cigarettes don't produce tar or carbon monoxide so that is a relative positive vice tobacco. E- cigarettes may contain nicotine, volatile organic compounds, heavy metals (like lead, tin & nickel), ultrafine particles (which may be drawn deep into lungs, diacetyl & Nicotine which is addictive.
