Can you tell me how to relieve my 3 month old son's gas and get him to stop throwing up?

It depends: Gas & vomiting may be unrelated. In order to best advise how to manage your son's condition a complete history is needed. Vomiting in infants can be associated with esophageal reflux (which they often outgrow), formula intolerance (possible allergy) or sometimes more significant problems. Without a full history and physical exam it's difficult to advise what course of action to take.
