Not really: Since the egg must be released in order to become pregnant, there would be ovulation. A woman would typically ovulate in the routine fashion about two weeks before her period was due and get pregnant by sperm deposited about that time or a couple of days prior to ovulation. She would then miss her period two weeks after that ovulation. She would of course miss her subsequent ovulations.
