No cure: Acne isn't curable. Eventually it will remit on its own, but there's nothing you can do to speed this. Until then, topical benzoyl peroxide, salicylic acid and/or a retinoic acid derivative as tolerable will help; if this does not clear you in two weeks, get with your personal physicain who can add something that will clear you.
