What to do about hypoglycaemia or hyperglycaemia?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Big discussion: Hi. You need to talk with your doc! Chronic hypergly. causes the chronic complications of diabetes (eye, kidney, nerve, amputation, heart). Hypoglycemia is an acute complication of some therapies (but principally insulin); ONE severe hypoglycemia can cause really bad outcomes. You need to review your diabetes medicines, BG goal range, and BG testing with with your doc. To your safe, tight control!
